Cadtree Limited (company number 2031) is a company based in Guernsey and incorporated under the laws of Gibraltar. Its official registered address is La Corvee House, La Corvee, Alderney GY9 3TQ, Guernsey (hereafter referred to as the "Casino"). The Casino is part of the broader corporate entity referred to in this document as the "Casino Group."

The Casino holds a valid operating license and is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) in accordance with the Gaming Control Act of 1992, along with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies issued by AGCO. In addition, the Casino operates under an agreement with Internet Gaming Ontario (iGO), which grants the right to offer online gambling services to residents of Ontario through its Casino Websites (defined below).

Definitions and Scope

This Agreement applies to any individual who accesses or uses the services provided on any of the Casino Websites. In this Agreement, the terms "you," "your," or "user" refer to anyone using the services, including all types of players as described below. The terms "we," "us," or "our" refer to the Casino, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors.

By accessing any of the Casino Websites, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement. This document supersedes all previous agreements, terms, conditions, or rules previously presented or enforced on the Casino Websites.

Key Terms Defined

  • Account: A unique player account issued by the Casino to an individual user.
  • Agreement: The current Terms, Conditions, and Rules outlined in this document.
  • Casino Group: The Casino and its associated entities, including affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and sibling companies, and all related personnel.
  • Casino Websites: Websites operated by the Casino, including, but not limited to: and any other related or future websites owned by the Casino.
  • Charge-back: A transaction reversal initiated by you, your card issuer, or a third-party payment provider.
  • Closed Account: A player account that has been deactivated or removed, either by user request or Casino action.
  • Inactive Account: A user account that has not been accessed for over six (6) consecutive months, excluding periods of activity without financial transactions.
  • Guest Player: A user who plays using virtual casino credits that hold no real monetary value.
  • Participate: To engage in any form of interaction with the Casino Websites or Services, including accessing, browsing, playing games, or utilizing software.

1. Participation in the Casino Websites

1.1 Participation

1.1.1 Your decision to access the Casino Websites, download the Software, or use the Services is entirely voluntary and done at your own risk. The Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, add, or remove content or services from the Websites at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such changes, and you cannot hold the Casino Group accountable for these actions.

1.1.2.1 Online gambling may be illegal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that using our Websites complies with local laws. The Casino does not promote or condone illegal activities, and you should review your local regulations before accessing the Websites. The Casino Group disclaims any responsibility for activities that violate local laws.

1.1.2.2 Gameplay is restricted to users physically located within Ontario. The Casino Services are not intended for use by individuals outside of this region, and we do not support attempts to bypass this restriction.

1.1.3 You are only permitted to use our Services if it is legally allowed in your location.

1.1.14 You must create a secure username and password and keep them confidential. Your account is for personal use only. If someone else accesses your account due to negligence on your part, you are fully responsible for any actions taken. We may close accounts with inappropriate usernames.

1.1.15 Promotional offers, bonuses, and similar incentives are limited to one per individual, household, device, or email. These offers are intended for recreational purposes, and we reserve the right to restrict access.

1.1.15.1 If we suspect abuse of bonuses or promotions, we may deny, cancel, or revoke them. If a group or individual guarantees profits from such offers, we may void those bonuses. We may request ID verification before awarding bonuses.

1.1.16 By registering, you agree to all terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using the Services and close your account.

1.1.17 Credit/debit cards used for transactions must match the name of the account holder. Mismatched names may lead to account suspension. Withdrawals will only be made to the registered name.

1.1.18 To update payment details, you must contact support. It is your responsibility to stay informed about payment terms and any changes.

1.1.19 If a withdrawal is pending and you do not meet the necessary requirements, we may reverse the funds back to your account. We are not responsible for how those funds are used once returned.

1.1.20 If you wish to prevent pending funds from being reactivated, you must request a temporary account lock through support.

1.1.21 No interest will be paid on any money held in your account.

1.2 Your Guarantees

1.2.1 By agreeing to this Agreement, you confirm the following:

  • 1.2.1.1 You are legally permitted to participate in gambling in your jurisdiction,
  • 1.2.1.2 You are at least 19 years of age and meet the legal age requirement,
  • 1.2.1.3 You will not allow anyone, particularly minors, to access or use your account,
  • 1.2.1.4 You have provided accurate and valid personal information and will update it as necessary,
  • 1.2.1.5 You are the rightful owner or have authorized use of the funds you wager,
  • 1.2.1.6 You will not deposit or wager money from illegal sources,
  • 1.2.1.7 You will not dispute or reverse legitimate payments,
  • 1.2.1.8 You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement,
  • 1.2.1.9 You are using the services exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2.2 Any violation of the warranties in section 1.2.1 will result in the invalidation of your bets and forfeiture of any winnings.

1.2.3 Additionally, you confirm that you are not part of any restricted groups defined by AGCO, such as:

  • Individuals underage,
  • Self-excluded players,
  • Those under legal restrictions or court orders,
  • Casino staff or board members, trade union representatives, AGCO and iGO employees, or anyone prohibited by the Registrar.

1.3 Registration Denial, Deregistration, and Suspension

1.3.1 We reserve the right to refuse your registration, revoke your access, or suspend your account at our discretion or as required by law.

1.3.2 We are legally obligated to suspend accounts of individuals who are prohibited from participating according to Ontario law or AGCO regulations.

1.4 Consequences of Account Closure

1.4.1 If your account is closed or suspended, you may file a complaint following our official procedure.

1.5 Inactive Accounts & Bonuses

1.5.1 These rules apply if all of your accounts become inactive.

1.5.2 If an inactive account contains funds, we will attempt to contact you using the last known contact details.

1.5.3 If you do not respond within 30 days, we may:

  • Deduct an administration fee of C$10 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again.

1.6 Fraud Prevention & Anti-Money Laundering

1.6.1 If we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, we may suspend your account immediately and inform the relevant authorities. Your funds may be withheld, and access to additional services may be restricted.

1.6.2 To prevent illegal activities:

  • 1.6.2.1 No cash deposits are accepted.
  • 1.6.2.2 Withdrawals may require notarized documentation, including:

1.8.4 Even if you unsubscribe, you will still receive essential service-related messages. Allow up to three days for unsubscribing from promotional communications to take effect.

1.9 Use of Bots and Unauthorized Software

1.9.1 The use of bots, AI, or any unauthorized software to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.

1.9.2 Funds obtained through the use of bots may be confiscated.

1.9.3 If such tools are used, we may take actions such as banning accounts, confiscating funds, or pursuing legal action.

2. The Service

2.1 Technical Issues and Disclaimer of Liability

The Casino Group is not responsible for any disruptions, server downtimes, connection lags, or technical or political issues that might affect gameplay. We are also not liable for problems caused by your internet provider or third-party services used to access the Casino Website. The Software and Services are provided “as-is,” with no express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, performance, suitability, accuracy, or legality. You are fully responsible for how the Software and Services perform when you use them.

2.2 Location Verification

The Casino uses location detection technologies to verify your physical presence. These tools track your geographical location to ensure that only players located within Ontario can access the Services. We actively block access from regions outside Ontario and detect any attempts to manipulate or fake location data.

2.3 Fault Management

2.3.1 Limitation of Service Liability

The Casino Group disclaims any liability for damages or losses, including lost winnings, that may result from using the Casino Websites or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, data loss, transmission errors, or misuse of content, as well as events beyond our control.

2.3.2 Wager Management and Server Authority

We reserve the right to limit or decline any wagers at our discretion. If a wager is invalidated, any funds deducted will be refunded to your account. Wagers are only considered accepted once confirmed by our server. All content on the site is simply an invitation to play and is not a binding offer. Any malfunction, whether on your system or ours, will void all wagers and results. If we make an exception in your favor, it does not create any future obligation.

2.4 Errors in Software or Hardware

We reserve the right to cancel any winnings obtained due to software or hardware errors. If abuse of such errors is detected, the related account may be closed, and funds may be forfeited. We also reserve the right to modify, remove, or add any part of the Casino Websites, Software, or games without prior notice, and we are not liable for any resulting losses.

2.5 Service Interruptions

We may temporarily suspend access to the Services or certain parts of it at any time, with or without notice. Services will be resumed as soon as reasonably possible, but we are not responsible for any losses resulting from such temporary unavailability.

2.6 Malfunctions and Refunds

In the event of a system failure on the Casino Website, all related bets will be considered void. Refunds may be issued at the Casino's discretion. If errors in odds or bet details arise due to a technical issue, those bets, or affected parts of them, will be void.

2.7 No Responsibility for Delays

As outlined in section 4.2, we are not liable for any financial losses caused by service delays or interruptions.

2.8 Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or fees related to your winnings, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.9 No Legal or Tax Advice Provided

The Casino does not offer legal or tax advice. We recommend you consult a qualified professional or local authority regarding these matters based on your location.

2.10 Arbitrage Activity Prohibited

Using the Casino's systems for currency exchange arbitrage is prohibited. If we detect such behavior, any profits resulting from it will be removed from your account without notice.

2.11 Software Usage Terms

You may only install and use the Casino Software and its content in accordance with this Agreement and the Braemar Limited End User License Agreement (EULA). The Software grants you access to our Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from:

  • Copying, distributing, reverse-engineering, disassembling, modifying, translating, or attempting to access the source code of the Software.
  • Selling, leasing, sublicensing, or transferring the Software in any manner.
  • Sharing the Software over networks or with third parties.
  • Exporting the Software in any form, whether physical or digital.
  • Using the Software in any way that violates applicable laws.

These actions are considered “Non-Permitted Uses.” You are personally liable for any damages or costs resulting from engaging in any of these prohibited activities.

3. Shared Environments

3.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to impose restrictions or specific conditions on individuals who create or attempt to create accounts in environments where devices or networks are shared with others. This includes, but is not limited to, internet cafés, workplaces, schools, or households with multiple users.

3.2 To enforce this policy, we may collect and retain data related to the physical or digital environment where gameplay takes place.

4. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

4.1 Voluntary Use and Your Responsibility

By choosing to use our Services, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily, at your own discretion and risk. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Casino Group from any claims, costs, damages, or liabilities—whether direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive—that may arise from your participation on the Casino Websites. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

4.1.1 Accessing, revisiting, or using any part of the Casino Websites.

4.1.2 Using or reusing any content, data, or materials obtained from the Casino Websites or affiliated sources.

4.1.3 Accessing or interacting with the servers hosting the Casino Websites.

4.1.4 Funding your player account through any method supported by the Casino.

4.1.5 Engaging in bets, games, or any form of wagering on the Casino Websites.

4.1.6 Receiving and/or using any winnings or prizes awarded through the Casino Websites.

4.1.7 Installing, using, or reusing the Casino's software—regardless of how or where it was obtained.

4.2 Exclusion of Liability

Under no circumstances will the Casino Group be held liable to you—whether based on contract, negligence, or any other legal theory—for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the Services. This applies even if you have previously been informed of the possibility of such losses.

4.3 Payment Processing Liability

Once a payment is successfully transferred to the designated Payment Service Provider, the Casino Group is not responsible for any issues that may arise afterward, including non-receipt, delays, or any costs incurred by you due to payment failures.

4.4 Third-Party Advertising Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or omissions of any third-party advertisers or marketers whose promotions may appear on the Casino Websites.

4.5 Exceptions to Limitation

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or limit the Casino Group's liability in cases of fraud, or where death or personal injury results directly from our negligence.

5. Promotions, Competitions, and Cashback Program

5.1 Promotional Offers and Bonus Terms

The Casino may occasionally introduce special offers, competitions, and cashback rewards programs. Each of these will have its own specific terms and conditions, which apply solely to that particular offer. Any bonuses credited to your account through these offers must be used according to the terms specified. If no specific wagering rules are provided, the general terms outlined here will apply.

5.2 Agreement Scope

This Agreement applies to all promotions, competitions, and cashback offers made available by the Casino.

5.3 Priority of Terms

In case of any conflict between the general terms of this Agreement and the specific terms of a promotion, competition, or cashback program, the terms of the promotion will take precedence, but only for the conflicting part.

5.4 Discretion and Expiration of Promotions

The Casino reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion. Promotions can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Bonuses, including any winnings from these bonuses or loyalty points, will expire six months after being credited to your account, even if all playthrough conditions have been met.

5.5 Cashback Program Conditions

Participation in the Cashback Program is entirely at the Casino’s discretion. We are not obligated to discuss eligibility, points credited or removed, conversion rates, or participation rights. Cashback can be removed from your account at any time without prior notice.

5.6 One-Time Welcome Bonus

Each player is eligible for only one welcome bonus per Casino Website. If an ineligible player receives this bonus, the Casino may revoke the bonus and any associated winnings at its discretion.

5.7 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses come with a wagering requirement of at least 70 times the bonus amount before any funds can be transferred from your Bonus Balance to your Cash Balance. This requirement may differ based on the promotion, game, or your location. For example, a C$100 bonus would require C$7,000 in wagers to meet the 70x condition.

5.7.1 No-Deposit Bonuses and Free Spins

Winnings from no-deposit bonuses or free spins are subject to a 70x wagering requirement. Once this requirement is met, any withdrawal will be capped at C$100, and any excess will be forfeited.

5.7.2 Opting Out of a Bonus

If you do not wish to use a bonus added to your account, you can request its removal—provided you haven’t already used any part of it. Please contact customer support for assistance. Once you use any part of the bonus, it cannot be reversed until all wagering requirements are fulfilled.

5.7.3 Withdrawal Limits on Sign-Up Bonuses

If you receive a sign-up bonus and meet the playthrough requirement, your withdrawal will be limited to six times the amount of your first deposit. Any balance exceeding this limit will be removed. Progressive jackpot winnings are not subject to this limitation. The Casino reserves the right to apply this rule at its discretion.

5.8 Irregular Gameplay and Bonus Misuse

Before processing any withdrawal, we may review your gameplay for any irregular betting patterns. Examples of such patterns include placing equal bets, hedge betting, or wagering more than 30% of the bonus value in a single bet. Each roulette spin, table hand, or poker deal is considered one bet. Any double or gamble features also count as new bets. If any irregular patterns are found, the Casino may withhold withdrawals or void all winnings.

5.8.1 Game Contribution Toward Wagering

Different games contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements:

  • 100%: All Slots (excluding Progressive Jackpots), Keno, and Scratch Cards (Re-spin slots count 10%)
  • 8%: Table Poker, Roulette, Video/Power Poker (except All Aces, Jacks or Better), Blackjack (except Classic), Casino War
  • 2%: Classic Blackjack, All Aces, and Jacks or Better Video Poker
  • 0%: Baccarat, Craps, Red Dog, Sic Bo, Progressive Jackpots
If you play excluded (0%) games before completing the wagering requirement, the Casino may void all winnings from those games. Wagers using the "Gamble" or "Double" features do not count toward the requirement.

These percentages may vary depending on the promotion or your region. For example, in some areas, games like Roulette and Crash may contribute 0%. Always check the specific promotional terms for the accurate details.

5.8.2 Casino’s Discretion on Irregular Play

The Casino has the right to define what constitutes irregular gameplay and may cancel withdrawals or bonuses if such behavior is detected.

5.8.3 Misuse of Bonuses and Promotions

If the Casino determines that you are exploiting or attempting to exploit a promotion, or acting in bad faith, it may revoke any bonuses or promotional benefits, suspend your access to Services, and/or close your account. In such cases, only your original deposit may be refunded, if applicable.

5.8.4 Violation of Warranties

If you breach any of the warranties outlined in Section 1.2 of this Agreement, the Casino may cancel your winnings and remove any remaining balance in your account.

5.8.5 Maximum Bet While Using a Bonus

While a bonus is active, the maximum bet allowed is C$8 per game round and C$0.50 per line. If you exceed these limits, any winnings linked to the bonus may be forfeited.

6. Rules of Play

6.1 Application of Game Rules

In addition to the general Terms and Conditions, the specific game rules and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) found on the Casino's websites (collectively referred to as the "Rules of Play") also apply when you use the Services. These Rules dictate how you interact with the games and must be adhered to at all times.

6.2 Agreement to Follow the Rules

By engaging in any games on the Casino Websites, you acknowledge and agree that the Rules of Play and the FAQs are legally binding on you, just as if they were explicitly included in this Agreement.

6.3 Unclaimed Video Poker Winnings

If a payout is left pending within a Video Poker game, the Casino has the right to recover those winnings and manually credit the amount to your player balance.

6.4 Funds Left in Active Games

The Casino reserves the right to remove and forfeit any funds left unused within a game—excluding Video Poker—if they remain for 90 days or more.

7. Payment Information and Withdrawals

7.1 Verification of Identity

The Casino may request identification documents during account registration and/or before processing any financial transactions. The information you provide may be shared across all Casino Websites for verification purposes. Documents that may be requested include:

9.1 License to Use the Platform

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Casino Websites and Software, including all related content and intellectual property, only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

9.2 Ownership of Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the content provided on the Casino Websites and within the Software are owned solely by the Casino or its licensors. You are permitted to use such content only in ways explicitly allowed by us.

9.3 Acceptable Use of Content

The materials available on the Casino Websites are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download content to one device for this limited purpose. Reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, or creation of derivative works from this content is strictly prohibited. You also agree not to assist others in engaging in these prohibited activities.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Changes to Terms

10.1.1 The Casino reserves the right to modify, update, remove, or add to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any rules related to promotions, competitions, cashback offers, gameplay, and FAQs at any time. Updates will be communicated by posting the revised content on the appropriate pages of the Casino Websites.

10.1.2 All changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Casino’s Services after the publication of changes will indicate your acceptance of those changes.

10.1.3 You agree to regularly review these Terms and associated policies to stay informed of any updates.

10.2 Eligibility Limitations

Employees, partners, affiliates, licensors, agents, advertisers, and others connected to the Casino through promotional programs or operations, as well as their immediate family members, are prohibited from registering as Real Players. This includes individuals mentioned in clause 1.2.3.

10.3 Severability

If any part of this Agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that portion will be removed, and the rest of the Agreement will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.4 No Waiver

Any delay or leniency in enforcing the terms of this Agreement does not waive the Casino’s legal rights.

10.5 Third-Party Rights

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this Agreement does not confer any rights or remedies to individuals or entities who are not a party to it.

10.6 Acknowledgment of Risk

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries the risk of financial loss and accept full responsibility for any such outcomes. The Casino, including its affiliates and partners, is not liable for your losses.

10.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Casino, replacing all previous agreements, whether written or verbal. You confirm that you are not relying on any statements not expressly included in this document.

10.8 Interpretation of Terms

Section titles are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation. References to one gender include all genders, singular terms include the plural, and references to individuals encompass legal entities.

10.9 Regulatory Oversight

The Casino is licensed and operates under the laws and gaming regulations of Ontario, as well as applicable guidelines issued by AGCO and iGaming Ontario (iGO).

10.10 Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws. Legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts, except for cases involving temporary injunctions. Additionally, Cadtree Limited complies with Alderney laws as a Category 1 licensee under AGCC.

10.11 Language of the Terms

These Terms may be translated into various languages. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions, the English version will prevail.

10.12 Tournament Participation

10.12.1 Each player is allowed one entry per tournament and per account. The use of multiple accounts, devices, or aliases to gain additional entries is strictly prohibited.

10.12.2 If a player wins funds from Tournament Free Rolls without making a deposit, their withdrawal will be capped at C$100. Any remaining funds will be forfeited.

10.13 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns or complaints regarding your account, gameplay, or the terms of this Agreement, please contact Customer Support via live chat or email. Complaints must be submitted within six months of the incident for formal review.

When submitting a complaint, please include the following details:

  • Your username or account number
  • Your full name
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Any supporting evidence (if applicable)

You must respond to any communication regarding your complaint within 4 weeks, otherwise, the complaint will be closed, and a new complaint must be filed if you wish to proceed. Complaints cannot be submitted within one week of a withdrawal request to allow for standard processing.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If your complaint remains unresolved after following our internal process, you may escalate the issue to one of the following external ADR providers:

Ensure to include your account ID, full name, and contact details in all correspondence.

10.14 Transfer of Rights

You may not transfer, assign, or sublicense your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. The Casino reserves the right to transfer its obligations to third parties without notice.

10.15 Corporate Changes

If the Casino undergoes a merger, acquisition, or any corporate restructuring, your account and related data may be transferred to the new ownership. You will be notified of such changes by email or through an on-site announcement.

10.16 Account Suspension or Termination

The Casino reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time for any reason. In case of termination, your account balance may be returned to you, except in the following cases:

  • Multiple accounts are registered from the same individual
  • Your name does not match the name on the payment method
  • You withdrew funds from a promotion without meeting the requirements
  • You provided false information during registration
  • You are underage or not of legal age in your jurisdiction
  • You are located in a restricted region
  • You allowed others to use your account
  • You used the Services in a professional or group capacity
  • Your account is linked to chargebacks or reversed deposits
  • You engaged in fraud or cheating
  • You used automated tools (“bots”)
  • You acted with dishonest or malicious intent
  • You used offensive language with support staff
  • You have been involved in similar actions on other gambling platforms

10.16.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact our Player Support team directly.

10.17 Final Decision Authority

In the event of a discrepancy between the game results displayed on your device and those recorded on the Casino’s servers, the server’s records will be deemed final and binding.

10.18 Currency Clarification

All references to "C$" or dollar signs within these Terms refer to Canadian Dollars unless stated otherwise.

10.19 Force Majeure

The Casino will not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control.

10.20 Relationship Disclaimer

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, agency, trust, or joint venture between you and the Casino.

11. Mobile Casino

When using the Casino’s services on a mobile device, the following additional conditions apply.

11.1 Charges from Network Providers

You are solely responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile network provider while using the Mobile Casino, including data usage, downloads, messages, and access to games or placing bets.

11.2 Connectivity Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your mobile device, internet connection, network access, and relevant permissions or settings are properly configured to use the Mobile Casino or Casino Websites. The Casino is not liable for any service disruptions caused by device or network issues on your end.
